FAQ - Sticker Papers

What is the size of the paper? And is it waterproof?

The papers are A4 Sized. The papers are glossy and ABIT of waterproof. After a few hours, it will dry up and become normal. You can leminate the papers or put scortch tape if you want it be waterproof.

Do you have any minimum or maximum orders for both plain and customized papers?

We do have a minimum amount of orders for each customer which is 5 for plain and 3 for customized papers. However, we do not have any maximum orders, only bulk order.

How long does the papers take to arrive?

The papers will take 1-2 weeks to arrive after the batch closes. We need around 2-4 days after the arrival to print the customized papers and pack the papers. The following day after we've done packing, we will start mailing.

When can I order?

You may order only when the batch starts. Private orders will not be taken unless for bulk orders. If you need the papers urgently, you may consider purchasing the instocks.

What are series papers?

Series papers are papers ONLY available in our shop (one of a kind) that is customize by us in different themes!

Is the background of the sticker transparent or white?

The background of the sticker is white. We have yet to sell transparent.

Can I get a refund/change if the papers are a bit torn at the corner?

No. We will pack the mail nicely and safely with polymailer and bubble wraps, the are papers at the side might be a little torn while the processing of delivery is made. But before mailing, we will 101% gurentee you that we will check it thrice before mailing it out.

Can I reserve the papers?

No, you cannot reserve the papers for instocks and preorder UNLESS you are willing to pay half of the price for reserving.

I am a frequent customer, do I get discount? 

Yes :)

How do I order customized stickers?

You can email us the format like the ordering form and attach your pictures that you want us to customized. But the pictures have to be in microsoft words attachment (FOC), if you attached the photos one by one, we would put the pictures in random order. (Additional of $1 charges)

You may email us stickers that you want, we'll whatsapp you the final product so you would know how it looks like.
