-Be nice and friendly and we'll do the same.
-Any questions feel free to ask.... ONLY IF YOU'RE INTERESTED. If you're not interested please DO NOT make us waste our time replying your questions.
-Do not spam us, please be patient. We have a lot of orders to handle + we have a personal life too.
-Respect us and we'll respect you too. No vulgarities. If you find that the waiting time is too long or you're angry with us for some weird reasons, please just cancel the order. We won't mind refunding you.
-Do not back out after you've confirmed your orders. If you're not interested anymore, just let us know. We will not chase after you.
-Please read the description clearly before ordering. Questions asked that is returned on the description will be ignored.
-Do not buy from us if you don't trust us.
FOR PAPERS/STICKERS
-For series stickers, customer who pay first will get the sticker.
-Do not ask how much this or that sticker is, we have written clearly and properly. Please feel free to look through our website for full information.
-Please be patient for customization.
-We will do printing every Saturday for customization and mail them on Monday.
FOR APPARELS
-Apparels preorder takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Item might delay due to shipping.
-For instock, customer who pay first gets the item first.
-Please do not expect 101% non defective item as item might get defected during manufacturing.
-Exchanging or refunding can be done only if the item isn't 101% true to picture or defected badly.
-For minor defect such as small scratch, strings coming off, inks that can be washed off, the sole of the shoes is cramped or defects that can't be seen while item has been worn WILL NOT be able to exchange nor refund.
-Exchanging and refunding can be done within 5 days after you've received the item. After 5 days, we will not hesitate any exchanging or refunding.
